well you can get into a load of troble if you caught having someone buy it for you but you can get fined with an m.i.p. but it would have to be on you just like if a cop came up to me and i put all my chew somewhere away from me without him noticing i would not get an mip

∙ 10y agoIn the United Stated it is illegal for a 12 year old to purchase cigarets. Anyone who provides them to a 12 year old would be guilty of a crime. That being said, if a child of twelve is living with adults who smoke, it is not unusual(although not wise) for them to take from the adults and experiment with it.

∙ 11y agoyes,because it can get you to lots of trouble. Like drinking. Or after drinking you get caught by a police and go to jail. This is why it is illegal to smoke under the age of 18.
