I would not suggest oats. They cause more harm than good. Lots of oats can cause diarrhea and obesity. Also try to avoid lettuce. It has too much water content and is better to avoid.

Also good for rabbits:

**All should be untreated, free of chemicals**

Apples (avoid seeds)

Bananas or Banana Chips

Rolled and Steamed Barley (my addition)

Blackberries or Blackberry leaves

Black Sunflower Seeds (my addition)

Blueberries

Bread (helps finish off coats nicely, yeast adds shine)

Carrots

Cereals (avoid high sugar)

Chicory

Cucumber

Dandelion Leaves (great to stimulate appetite)

Grapes

Kale

Melon Rind and Flesh

Mint

Steamed Oats (my addition)

Oatmeal (good for GI tract)

Orange

Papaya (good for hair ball prevention)

Parsley

Pear

Peppermint Leaves (good for GI tract)

Pineapples (good for blockages)

Potatoe Peals (my addition)

Raisins

Raspberries

Romain Lettuce

Shredded Wheat

Spinach

Strawberries

No. They consist sugar which is really bad for hamsters. They also cannot have chocolate which is in a lot of granola bars.
