Sparta had sparse living accommodations. Sparta had boys removed from the family and living in dormitories. Spartan men ate to be strong warriors. They slept nude and were allowed to gather thistle down to add to their beds made of reeds.
Athens had simple homes. Art was seen as a public activity. The rich had tables and chairs made of wicker, wood, metal or marble. Beds had cushions of wool, hay, leaves or feathers.

No the Athens and Sparta didnÍt trade. They both had different cultures and governments but both had power over Greece. The Athens had free speaking and democracy and smaller city-states to form a more powerful rule. The Sparta had a strong military and lots of land.
There were no similarities. In Athens there was Democracy while in Sparta the was Oligarchy. In Athens women didn't have any priviledges, while in Sparta women were allowed to do almost anything men did.
