It is a bit unhealthy for you but healteaist chocolate. It is not fattening; only Milk Chocolate & white choclate
It would loose you more weight than milk chocolate. :)
Well, I'm not an expert on cereal, but they defiantly tell you if it contains fat in it on the box. But then again, if it has chocolate, then it may be fattening, depending on the type of chocolate it is. If it's dark chocolate, you should be OK.
Don't eat White chocolate because it's the most fattening but Dark chocolate isn't fattening it's also makes you eat less of it because it's horrible but I say galaxy or twix and bounty but eat healthier bars they are jet as good
Yes, it contains sugars, all sugars turn into extra energy storage which is fat cells.
It's good but more fattening.
It is Yummy and Fattening I DON'T care how fattening
Because, even though chocolate is unhealthy and fattening, chocolate can give you energy too.
Hamburger, definitely. You will break your hammock.
dark chocolate
The first chocolate wasn't a bar, it was a fattening drink. The first person to make a chocolate bar wanted to make it less fattening, and more solid. Because he loved chocolate and was getting too fat over it.
Chocolate has 3 main components to it. Cocoa beans Sugar Cocoa butter Dark chocolate: Mostly pure cocoa, the healthiest of the 3 types of chocolate(milk, white, and dark) White Chocolate: Most fattening. Made mostly of cocoa butter and sugar. Milk Chocolate: Most popular among americans. Good amount of all 3 components in it. To answer your question. The raw sugar is mixed in with the cocoa butter and added to the cocoa bean mixture. Chocolate is healthy in moderation.
Without knowing which candies you're asking about specifically and what the rest of your diet looks like, I would say chocolate candy is better for you in moderation. High quality chocolate (with high cacao content) offers trace minerals, some fiber and healthy antioxidants. However, even though the higher cacao content (65% to 80%) has less sugar than many other candies, it still has plenty of calories from the cocoa butter. The good news is that a little goes a long way, a slowly savored piece of dark chocolate can be more satisfying than a handful of hard candies even if it does have more calories.
Most chocolates have a fair bit of sugar and fat - cocoa butter - in them. These ingredients are fattening if eaten too much/too often
