Confectionery ( chocolate and sweets etc ) are bad for us because of there sugar levels . They are only bad for us if we have too many . If you do you can get dental problems and also after a long period of time it could also give you high blood pressure. As well as giving children sugar rushes ( hyper active moments ) this is a negative thing because the child will have a massive energy crash afterwards and it is not healthy . Also they are also expensive so it is becoming more of a treat to have chocolate etc . Not only this , but it can also make life torture for Africa's poorer children . This is because a lot of chocolate is produced but it is done so by children 5+ to climb trees with long , sharp knives to cut down the cocoa beans . A lot of the time they work long hours out in the scorching sun and only getting 7 hours sleep . This is of course the making of chocolate that is not fair trade . Sweets are also bad because they addictive along with chocolate because it is so good sometimes , you will buy it again . This is helping to cause more overweight / obese people because of it's addiction . Not only this , they have made lactosentalorent chocolate for those with dairy Allergies .
no

Switching icing sugar for caster in a baked good recipe will result in a good with a brick-like texture, whereas substituting caster sugar for icing will result in something liquidy and granular.
