Yes -- IF all the ingredients used in making the bread are kosher, and none of the utensils or ovens have been used for non-kosher foods (or they have been ritually purified by a competent rabbi after such use), and the bread was not baked on the Sabbath or one of the Biblically-ordained Holy Days, the bread would be kosher.
However, since it is common to use animal fats and other non-kosher ingredients in baking, and violation of the Sabbath is rampant, there must be reliable rabbinical supervision to certify the bread as kosher.
Additionally, pious Jews refrain from eating bread which was not baked by an observant Jewish person.
First, for the purposes of this question, I am narrowing the analysis to Jews who keep kosher, e.g. follow the dietary laws, and also ignoring any personal Allergies.
I must assume that you have never been to a Jewish Deli in your life. Sandwiches are quite commonly eaten by religious Jews. However, the sandwiches are limited to those that fit within the kosher rules. The two main rules that operate where sandwiches are concerned are: (1) the meat (if present) must be from a kosher animal prepared according to kosher requirements - such as chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, but not pork, rabbit, or horse; and (2) the sandwich cannot have both meat and dairy, e.g. no meat and cheese. Also, as an aside the sandwich must be prepared koshered utensils (utensils that have been properly washed and/or have never had contacted with dairy).
Judaism really doesn't consider a 'meal' to have taken place unless bread is eaten. Observant Jews are careful to begin every meal with bread, preceded by the appropriate blessing. Both white and black breads are acceptable for consumption provided that they are made in kosher bakeries with exclusively kosher ingredients.
Yes, but not regular bread during Passover.
Yes. But on Passover Jews cannot eat anything leavened, including cake.
Yes, religiously observant Jews would require the garlic bread to be kosher though.

Because, in their minds, they are justified. They believe Jewish people are there to oppress them while they think white people are inferior to them altogether. To them, they feel they are spreading "black pride" between black people, but, in actuality, are really spreading more hate and ignorance between races.
because a loaf of bread can be different. e.g. brown bread (brown people), white bread (white people), soggy bread (the sea ), hard bread (land). there can be a loaf for every person e.g Nutty bread (for nutty people), chocolate bread ( for sweet people) etc
