yes and no
most cultures like Hindu cultures do find it religious
they go over your horoscope before u marry
but for Christian culture i really don't think it matters
p.s.(i also need help)
Q:what are some cons of having horoscopes
A:?
It isn't, as far as Christianity is concerned. Astrology is a part of the occult and therefore, as such, has no place in Christian belief nor should it.
There are many other belief systems that use astrology as an essential part of their religious traditions. They consider astrology religious because it marks beneficial and harmful effects of cosmic energy as it relates to each individual. They believe that every person is born with a special cosmic identity in relation to the astrological configuration at the time of birth. They also believe that this cosmic identity can be used to accurately predict periods of beneficial and harmful cosmic energy which will impact upon the person's life. It can be considered as condescending for some through the eyes of prejudice, to denigrate another religion by suggesting that one belief is occult while the other is immaculate and authentic.
No. It's a belief (or study) that the celestial bodies have direct influence on what happens to us humans, but also was known as a previous religion of sorts.....
Astrology was the foundation of all the ancient faiths: Egyptian, Babylonian, Greek, Roman, Zoroastrian, Mithraism, the Druids and the Norse gods. Astrology was also at the heart of the Mayan, Aztec and Inca religions in the Americas with the Sun as the supreme God.
I never heard of "God's story in the stars"; however, whether you are religious or not, I suggest you forget about astrology, which is almost pure superstition.
There is no patron saint of astrology.
Astrology and mythology share historical connections and influence each other over time, but they are distinct concepts with different origins and purposes. Astrology: Astrology is a system of beliefs and practices that links the positions and movements of celestial bodies, such as planets and stars, with events and phenomena on Earth, especially human experience and personality. Mythology: Mythology refers to a set of stories, legends, and traditional beliefs of a particular culture or civilization. Myths often explain natural phenomena, human origins, religious beliefs, and moral lessons.
The Babylonians were very religious, worshiping many gods, and triads of gods. Their principal god was Marduk (Merodach). They believed in the immortality of the soul, and developed astrology in an effort to discover man's future. Magic, sorcery divination and astrology played a prominent part in their religion.
because the manufacture designed them that way!;) really, it could be because of a religious person that lived in the house before you or something like that.

I don't believe in astrology. Astrology and astronomy used to be the same science.
