When people read, hear, or say the word "fat" they automatically think BAD. But what people need to learn is that fat is not something to fear. Foods that have have high amounts of saturated fats are to be strictly limited but you should NOT go for something that is 100% fat free. No matter who you are, your body still needs fat in order to survive. The human body cannot survive without fat. It is a scientific/medical fact. In time, if you keep going after the lean and fat-free meal, you'll be doing harm rather than good. Eventually, you would die.

Diet is the most important thing if you are trying to burn fat. But there is a difference between good fats and bad fats. Bad fats are from food like Hamburgers from Mcdonalds or jack n in the box or any kind of junk food for that matter. Those are the things you want to cut out. However to be able to burn fat you need to consume a certain amount of good fats according to your body weight. These good fats actually assist in the fat burning process. Good fats consist of some saturated fats such as coconut butter/oil and avocado, and non saturated fats such as olive oil, seed oil, etc. So the best way to burn fat is in fact to consume it.
