Yep, very very deep in the Atlantic Ocean. The ship is in two halves widely separated. Many innovative methods have been suggested to "raise" the ship, but there would be little point to it. At any rate, its deteriorated condition would likely cause it to break up significantly during any attempt.

She's actually about 12-13 000 feet down (about 2.5 miles), and could only be salvaged in bits as scrap steel. However that would be extremely uneconomical, and the wreck would probably be regarded as a grave so should be left undisturbed.
