Well Haram is a holy park in Islamics tradition so Thanksgiving is not a Haram.

Now in Islam Haraam (two As after the R) is something that is forbidden by Islamic law. The celebration of Thanksgiving is not Haraam in itself however certain traditions can be such as drinking alcohol; eating a ham; etc.
