No! Catholics believe in the value of all life, meaning that the Pope who is the head of the Catholic Church values life. If he did not value life he would not be The Pope. Nazis believe they are superior to others, yet Catholics believe in being humble. Saying the Pope is a Nazis is worse then saying the President helps terrorists, or that Moses hated God.
Youth in Germany were required to be members of Hitler's Youth at the age of 14. It was automatic. Young Ratzinger never attended a meeting as his family had no use for Hitler. Later, when he was a seminarian, he was drafted into the army but deserted and returned home.

Bear in mind that his membership was required by law, rather than being his choice, and he did not attend meetings. There is no evidence that he ever considered himself to be a Nazi.
