Also, Captain will eventually get tired of fighting but Wolverine could keep going and killed Captain America and still win. So either way, Wolverine will win.

Wolverine has been able to defeat Daken handily after their first encounter. After training with the Silver Samurai, Wolverine learned to channel his rage and not let Daken bait him into any foolish maneuvers. With all of his senses in tact Wolverine has found a fighting style which is greater than Daken can overcome. He has also been able to out plan and out last Daken considering Daken had the metal ripped from his claws and no metal casing. Daken's skeleton is also not bonded with Admantium like Wolverine's is which makes him much more susceptible to significant injury.
