It depends on what university you intend to teach in. Good universities' lecturers usually have PhD. So you won't have the chance to teach in those universities. However, as I mentioned you can still find some low ranked universities which accept you with Master's degree as a lecturer.

The NITs, like the IITs, are also planning to start a special dual degree programs. It is an integrated postgraduate program that completes in a total of 5 years rather than 6 years in the conventional track of a BTech followed by an MTech degree. The dual degree programs encourage academic research, therefore, based on their success in the IITs, this integrated program is being introduced for various new courses in NITs, especially for mathematics and computing. Some NITs have recently started offering 'Research Scholar' programmes to encourage research oriented thinking in young minds. IIT Kanpur has recently started an undergraduate research scholar programme (10-week long summer program) for their own students as well as for all sophomore and prefinal year NIT students. It is part of a Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) and the IITs are doing a good job in improving the quality of staff in NITs under this programme. well there are various courses that are offered by NIT like Mtech, MSc, MBA, MCA etc and you can get more details about the courses on their official website.. good luck choose which interests you the most.
You can apply for Control and Instrumentation, Robotics engineering , Process Control and Instrumentation as the students of B.Tech instrumentation and control are eligible for this courses. NITs, UPES are some good institutes where you can go for these courses.
With only a bachelor's degree, it is unlikely that you would get any kind of good paying job in astrophysics. To get a good job, you need at least a masters degree, but preferably a doctorate. In fact, all astrophysicists I've heard of have doctorates.

The MCA degree is equivalent to B.Tech degree in computer Science or Software engineering. If you have simple graduation degree and want to make career in the software industry then you can join MCA course. In India demand for the MCA degree holders is very good but B.Tech degree holder mostly gets preference in most of the companies. For more information log on:B.tech in Software Engineering By:Mukur
