No. Most Christians would say it is the ideal religious tradition to follow. But, as you know, not everyone in the world agrees with Christian theology or accepts Jesus as the messiah. There are other religions, including Muslims, Jews, Hindus, and Buddhists; these traditions have many loyal followers who find comfort in their faith. And while they may respect Christianity, they do not want to leave their own religion to become Christians. But even though the various faiths do not agree on everything, that does not mean one of them is a fraud.
Today, most educated people can choose a religion (or choose a philosophy like Humanism) and follow it without saying that other belief systems are false or fraudulent. However, it must be noted that some people do believe there is only one true religion (usually it's theirs) and that those who follow other faiths are in error. Historically, this view has led to forcing people to convert, and persecuting or killing "non-believers." Today, that view is only held by fanatics. Everyone else recognizes that we live in a pluralistic world, where there are many possible ways to find the answers to life's questions.

Thankfully, many Christians do not actually follow the tenets of Christianity where this is concerned and treat Muslims relatively well.
