8 hours is a good amount of sleep to get. For some reason, certain people feel fine with 4-6 hours, but its a better idea to get at least 8 hours, especially teens since you are growing so much, you need all the sleep you can get.

A 14 year old girl should get ad least an 8 hour sleep. If you sleep to little you can get very unhealthy and be kinda grouchy. If you get to much sleep then theres a possibility you can dose off and go into a coma. Keep that 8 hours. Or you can go for 8 hours and 30 minutes. :)
