Yes, as long as you keep yourself hydrated. If you feel uncomfortable, nausea or feel like blacking out, get out of sauna and drink water and eat something.

Exercise makes you warm, and sauna makes you warm. Combining the two can give you heatstroke. Only very mild exercises should be tried in a sauna, like yoga and stretching.
