∙ 14y agoAlaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington; all allow medical marijuana use. Keep in mind that although states may O.K. The use of medical marijuana, Federal Laws DO NOT. So just because you get a prescription doesn't mean you can roll one up on your coffee break.

∙ 13y agoThere are about a dozen or so states that have passed medical marijuana laws, but the federal laws still cites that marijuana is illegal. I live in CA and the medical marijuana stores have been raided and closed in recent months. Many of the people who owned the stores are on trial for selling it.
