In the state if NC a person that is over 13 old can say who they want to live with. I suggest that they speak to school couslor and they should be able to touch base with the department of Social Service. In most cases Social Service will not care if you are not living with your partents unless they arre getting a check (walfare for you) But if you are over 13 you stay with other relative and NT get into trouble. You shold not have to live like that any way
Custody cannot be established until a child is born.
An unmarried mother has full custody of her child unlessthe father has established his paternity through the court. He can then request custody and visitation rights. A divorced mother must review her divorce decree and all related court orders if she is unsure about the status of the custody of her child.
you get it for her.
It depends on your legal status before and after the father left. If you are married then he still has full parental rights until a court renders a custody order. If you have been divorced custody should have been addressed in the divorce decree. If you were never married and he has no previously established custodial rights then you have full legal custody.
Stay with friends or relatives who will keep watch over the child at all times. Obtain a restraining order. Obtain temporary sole custody. Consult an attorney.
You will need a lawyer to try and get you full custody of your children and your lawyer will have to prove your husband is abusive to his children. If you presently have duel custody of your children and you take the children to the UK you could be charged with kidnapping.

Yes, he adopted he before him and Kim divorced. He has custody of Whitney, Laney, and Hailie.
Determining child support has only one goal which is to determine medical, financial and daycare support. Custody is NOT determined when child support is established. To establish child support you have to go to court. Otherwise if the mother was unwed and paternity/custody is not established she automatically has sole custody which entitles you to pay her child support but you are not entitled to visitation, school/dr records etc unless she gives them to you... If custody is not established then the mother has custody
