  1. Right-click Start and select Properties from the shortcut menu.
  2. The Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box should open.
  3. On the Start Menu tab, click Customize.
  4. In the Customize Start Menu dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
  5. Check Printers and Faxes.
  6. Click OK to close the Customize Start Menu dialog box.
  7. Finally, click Apply and OK to apply your changes and close the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box.
