The age limit for the front seat is usually posted on the visor on the passenger side of the car. Generally, its 5' 2" or 90 lbs.
They can ride in the front at any age, but I don't know for legal pupuses. I mean in Wy. last time I checked it, it was 100 pounds or 8-9 years of age.
