Whether or not an illegal in the country can travel within the US on an airplane is up for debate. I have one very good friend who is illegal, he snuck into the US six or seven years ago, and he does it about once a year to go to Florida, or California on vacation with friends. He has never had a problem, they ask for identification upon check in and he shows his passport with his name, nothing else. Others refuse to try it for fear of being caught. I think it is a personal choice, and you need to decide if you are willing to take the risk or not. if you have not been here that long, and maybe you could come back, it might be worth the risk. If you have been here for 10 years, are about to get married to an American, that may be another story.
Not likely, as proper identification is necessary before anyone is allowed to board the airplane.
you can travel as long as you have a valid, non-expired, passport from your country. All the airports want is a valid ID, doesn't have to be american.
Yes, but you wont be able to come back again. The secuirty check at the airport are very strict so its up to you.
No they need a green card, if found without one then they will be sent back to where they came, and serve jail time in that country.
All airports routinely check the identification of all people who fly. Illegal immigrants who try to fly within the US risk being caught.
unfortunatly no..
I guess, but its illegal.
A loaded gun to the head with an angry American at the other end of it.
An illegal immigrant can travel by plane from Miami to Puerto Rico. However, the illegal immigrant will most likely not be able to fly back without a passport from Puerto Rico.
Yes, we did it in December 2008 with no problems, as you don't travel through Immigration.
Sometimes, depnds on why he was deported, however the fact that he has shown disrespect for the country and its laws may make it less likely that he will be legally admitted.
Sure they can. Just go to your local Immigration office. They'll put you on a plane straight away.
You need to talk to a lawyer about this.
It has been attempted. But, isn't a good idea. Depending on what country you're coming from this can be very dangerous..the U.S. has tightened its borders so it's getting more difficult to get in. Why not try the legal way??
If you have an American passport, sure you can. Otherwise, you need a valid passport from your home country, as well as a visa issued by the Mexican diplomatic representation in such country. If you are a Mexican immigrant, you don't need such documents, as the Mexican constitution allows for dual citizenship.
By ship.
You've got a real problem. If you leave the country, there should be no expectation that your spouse can legallyreturn to the US. You would have to consult with an immigration attorney to see what needs to be done to get the spouse a green card. They may have to travel back to their country of citizen ship and re-apply to immigrate. If they are in fact illegal, they may have to wait 3 to 10 years before being allowed to re-apply.
can my illegal spouse travel with me on a airplanne?
