There are a couple reasons why it won't turn on.
It's not plugged in.
It got wet inside.
Or something isn't properly placed inside.

You can either take to some mechanic to do it.... or buy the computer, rent, and erase yourself.... easy easy.... just hit read, the codes will come up and then erase.. A code purple typically means something is wrong with the C drive or motherboard. You should call your computer's manufacturer to see if they can help fix the problem or replace the part causing the problem.
Disconnect the battery + Positive cable for 15 minutes. The computer will reset. Of course if you don't fix the problem that caused the check engine light to come on in the first place it will just come back on.
Get the computer scanned to see what the problem is.
