you are At Fault of the vehicle you hit, it is possible you were following too close, the other veh is at fault of the veh they hit and you are at fault of vehicle you hit. Insurance and accident investigators generally use a method referred to as "chain of causation". During the investigation they determine which car was the last car in motion and then work from that point. Using this process in regards to multiple rear end collisions they are usually able to discover which driver made the first violation or error that created the accident. That means that the driver of a vehicle that struck another one from the rear is not necessarily the one at fault.
Officers do not need to see the actual crime in order to make a charge. Just as officers rarely witness the murder cases in which they make arrests, they need not witness traffic offenses if there is sufficient other evidence to support the charge. In the case where a passenger in a vehicle pulled the brake and caused and accident, a charge of careless driving is probably warranted, because the passenger's testimony that he/she operated the brake suggests that the driver was operating the vehicle in such a manner to allow the passenger to have partial control over the vehicle.
The driver with the lights off. He/she violated traffic laws and thereby created a traffic hazard resulting in an accident. Not true. I turned in front of a lady at night who didnt have her lights on. The weather was rainy, it was cold out, and not well lit. I only saw her when she used her turn signal to switch lanes, in the intersection, and she took off after she hit the back of my car. She eventually came back 15-20 mins later, but I was still cited and had to pay for her repairs since I was the one who turned in front of her regardless of the circumstances. I thought she was in the wrong since A) she didnt have her lights on, B) she switched lanes in an intersection, which is illegal in Ohio, and C) that she didnt immediately pull over. Lesson learned.
Does a police report opinion accident liability? If for an example a car Toyota crashes in the back of a neon. and the police listed it on the report his oppion is that the neon slammed on his break, and didnt have break lights.
Parking Brake Theory doesn't work, I even tried unplugging the fuse that is supposed to control this but that didnt appear to work either? As far as I know you can't. They are on for safety reasons. There is a switch that is conected to a hand brake. When brake is engaged (pulled up)lights should go off.
They didnt
its the owner of the car. since they let the driver borrow the car (even if you didnt know they didnt have a licence) is responsible because if they were unsure they should have asked to see the licence before lettin the driver orrow the car
He didn't die. He just was in an accident, but her didnt die.
no he didnt they are just saying that to get attention
I didnt know he was in an accident.i think ur talking about his appearance on csi CSS got in an accident there
Could B just a Fuse.OR a Brakelight Switch OR if that's not it the Brake lights run through the steering column 2 the Turn signal Harness. thanks, i finally found it. i feel stupid for not realizing that fuse 13 was missing. that and fuse 9 are both for the brake light switch. also, without that fuse in, the cruise control didnt work because of the unfinished circuit. thanks for the help.
i didnt see the accident as I was precoccupied with tuning the car radio
i thought he was in a car accident and didnt make it
