Weighing 135 at 5'6 is every womans dream! You are of a great height and weight body proportion. I read in the newspaper yesterday that Europe is making it illegal for stores to pose manequines in their windows that are less than a size 7, the actual average for women. Gone are the days of anorexic models! However, if you are still adamant about losing weight, please see you primary physician and get on a well balanced diet and exersize program that is healthly for your body! Trying to lose more weight than is healthy for your body type results in muscle loss, severe medical problems, and could possibly lead to death! Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia are not the answer! Muscle weighs more than fat, and in toneing ones body you could look more fit, yet gain weight. Please consult your doctor before trying to lose weight. Females should average about 25% body fat, more or less pertaining to body type and physical activity! Obviously athletes will have less body fat, and many althletic woman who lose too much body fat actually lose their menstrual cycles.

Always consult your doctor before starting any kind of new diet and/or exersize program!

Eat less and healthier and exercisemore.

You can also do some kind of sport like swimming or Basketball.

Swimming is to lose some weight grom grow 2-3 in.

Basketball is to grow 6-7 in.

reduce/eliminate consumption of junk foods

exercise or increase current level of exercise

keep an exercise diary to track your progress

exercise with a friend for motivation

do not snack after dinner

no sugar sodas

drink more water

Slowly change your eating habits. If you ate 2 Hamburgers, fries and a Coke, try and leave the Coke out. Its not that hard. In a couple of months -it a long time, you wont feel added pressure- try and change one hamburger for some chicken or a small steak without gravy. Change the fries to baked or boiled potatoes with butter and gadually over the course of months lose the butter.Start eating fruits.Even with whipped cream on top. If you want something eat it, drink it. Just dont do it out of habit. Start walking. 30 minutes a day is perfect. Forget about low-Carb diets. They work, but its improbable that you will stick with the life time plan after a year or two and the body remembers.

Eating healthy like veggies, fruits, whole grain pastas and breads and switching high-calorie sodas for healthy water, smoothies, or swtching whole milk to skim or soy milk. For excersizing, you can do basic excersizes such as jump roping, walking, jogging, crunches, push ups, etc. or simply do 20-30 minutes on a treadmile while playing songs on your mp3.
