More precisely, an object that weighs 600N on the Earth will have a mass of about 61 kilograms. On the moon, that same object will still have a mass of 61 kilograms but, due to the smaller mass of the moon, its weight will be around 100N. Don't confuse mass and weight - they are two different things - that 61 kilogram object will require the same amount of force to accelerate it (f=ma) at the same rate no matter where you are.
