AnswerOf course you will lose weight. But you will then gain it back when you start eating again (and unless you go anorexic, you will) and you will return to your present weight or maybe a bit over your present weight.

Starving yourself is indeed the worst way to lose weight. (Again, unless you are anorexic, in which case, it works to make you thin, but it also works to quicken your death approach). WORK OUT. It's either laziness or laziness that causes you not to work out. That is the best way to lose weight. Work out and eat proportionally.

Wait until your are hungry, then starve yourself for an hour. Then eat whatever you like, and as much as your want. This has worked for me and i went from 190 to 170. and, you still get the nutrients that your body needs.

If you starve yourself and dehydrate yourself in a sauna it is possible but the moment you eat or drink anything it will go straight back on, and then some.

And if you don't drink anything for 3 days, you are going to be very sick, just the opposite of the healthy image you want to portray. Remember, you didn't gain the weight in 3 days, don't expect to lose it in three days.

Well, you can´t control how many pounds you can lose in certain amount of time. It depends of your metabolism, mainly. But you can control how much you win against how much you lose each day and make an estimation of how many days it will take.

from a doctor's piont of view. the first and second day you fast your body burn sugar. the third and any day after that is considered starving yourself. this why yes you will lose 2 pounds a day of pure fat. but this can also cause problems after the 7 day of no food. it can even mean death. i recomend fasting for three days at the most. this pratice will bring the muscle in the body closer together.

  • also, when starving yourself you can gain wieght too maybe because your body gets used to not eating much and it keeps the same food in your body and then once you eat more it adds on to what you already have in your stomach

No, starving yourself will not help you lose weight. Starving yourself just brings a lack of energy to your body, so every unhealthy carbohydrate, and every fat cell will stay in your body, even if you starve yourself. You need to be active, jog, work out, do something that helps exercise, but starving doesn't help you lose weight.

Yes you will lose weight. The human body can survive 2 months without food. ( not recommended YOU WILL DIE PAINFULLY). if you love eating no problem eat all day every day just not junk food, eat fruit and vegetables all day you will always be hungry this way and yet you are eating healthy, Tomatoes are the healthiest. Eat eggs in the morning meat and potato's at dinner around 4:30 pm no later than 5:30 PM in small portions. I was in the army and went to a special school we were put on a specialized diet (not because we were fat) we where training to define our muscles because the guys i was with, we had more muscle mass than most, and we just defined our muscles. Anyway eat fruit veggies and a couple boiled eggs for breakfast (non cooked veggies), for lunch we ate lean meat (beef) and potato's with steamed veggies and raw fruit, and we could not eat after 1630 (4:30)pm only fruit and vegetables for dinner. all we did all day was exercise (no gym) extreme stretching, obstacle courses all day, running, rucking, combative, and mountain climbing. After a three weeks of this we all lost 30+ pounds defined our muscles, and became very flexible, faster in running, and could out ruck anyone in our battalion. but, we were pushed also it is possible to lose extreme weight lose in a short time but, you have to be motivated. now simple rules: only water, coffee and tea is fine no cream or sugar, no chicken or pork. If you eat meat only eat animals that eat seeds or grass, dove, pigeons, duck, quail or great lean fowls. fish only eat scaled finned fish, no catfish or anything of that sort, no shelled I.E lobster, crab, clams are a no-no. whats more is we learned this in the army but, this is also written in The Bible ( makes you think) you only eat this you will be a-okay.

Not really, unless you use Liposuction. Any weight loss at that rate will be mostly fluid lost, which you are likely to put right back on once you go back to a normal diet.
