Marriage does not transfer any rights or status to non U.S. citizens. An alien can apply for adjustment of status or for an immigrant visa based on the marriage to a U.S. citizen, but that application has to be approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
yes, my husband is Mexican and we have a child, but they still deported my husband
The illegal immigrant will be deported when caught.
If the 17 year old has parental permission. Note that will not change the status of the illegal immigrant, who can still be deported.
All you need is a marriage license. Please note that does not give them citizenship and they can still be deported.
over 1,000 people get deported every day....
yes
No.
You turn her/him in.
most likely
Shoplifting isn't a serious crime, however, if the shoplifter is illegal and the police find out, it's a huge possibility that the illegal could be deported. If the immigrant is a legal U.S. citizen, then no.
No. The marriage would not be allowed. Also, marrying a US citizen regardless of the circumstances does not prevent an illegal immigrant from being deported.
only if they (the Mexican immigrant) is also a minor, and you both get your parents permission (if you are under the legal marriage age in your state). and although its not relevant, you should make sure that they are legally here before you marry, or your husband/wife may and up getting deported...and that would REALLY suck
yes
