The strictest answer is that you will still be a virgin until your hymen has been ruptured. This is also known as the maidenhead. It is a piece of skin in the vagina the is usually pierced by intercourse, but can also be broke by injury. Sometimes gymnasts and other athletes have their hymen ruptured accidentally, so this would not necessarily mean they were no longer a virgin.
So for simple sake, lets say until the hymen is ruptured the female is still clinically considered a virgin. However many people consider virginity to be taken or ended upon the insertion of a penis int he vagina regardless of rupturing the hymen.
To fully answer the question, yes you will still be a virgin and once you have intercourse and the hymen is ruptured, there will most likely be a small amount of blood and pain.
