If you have never officially met a guy but you're really close to him on the internet how do you know if he doesn't like you or thinks your annoying he is also a bit older?

It depends on his answers and his attitude.
If he is ignoring you or just giving you short answers then he could be annoyed with you.
He could also be having problems at home and doesn't tell you about them.
My advise, talk to him and address this issue directly with him.
