Sperm will live inside a woman's body for up to 3 days. I have heard some people say a week, but I don't believe this. The chances of it being the guy you had sex with two weeks before conception are zero.

When should a person first have intercourse?

You should have intercourse when you are mature enough to deal with the possibility of pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases. If you think "That could never happen to me" then you're still too immature.

You had a scan which says im 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant but you didnt have intercourse with your partner until 10 weeks and 4 days ago does this mean hes not the dad?

Medical pregnancy tests measure conception from the date of your last period, so it's possible your partner could be the father if conception occurred 2 weeks after your period (incidentally, the time of the month that you're most fertile).

Can you be preganent without intercourse?

Yes. Vaginal penetration by the penis is not necessary for conception to occur. The sperm can be injected into the vagina with a syringe or other devices, and by doing so intercourse has not occured. Also it is possible, that if the male were to ejaculate onto the vaginal opening, that some of the sperm could enter the vagina, and swim through the cervix into the uterus and fertilize the ovum, although the odds of this occurring are slim, it is possible. (If the female were a virgin, this could be called an immaculate conception)

Could you be pregnant if she has been taking birth control for nearly three months and he used a condom during intercourse but the condom managed to come off as he pulled out and came?

Is red spotting a sign of pregnancy if it occurs 6 days after intercourse for only 2 and a half days and could it be implantation bleeding?

It's possible. I experienced it 4 days after conception, and lasted 5 days very light.

Could I get pregnant if intercourse was 6 days after ovulation?

No. It is impossible to experience pregnancy symptoms till the Embryo has implanted in your Uterus and begins releasing HCG. When the HCG is at a high enough level then you begin experiencing symptoms. It takes 8-12 days after intercourse for HCG to be relased. So narrow it down to 2 weeks and then you can test 3 weeks after intercourse.

Is it illegal for you to be 13 and have a baby?

No, but it was illegal for you to have sexual intercourse before the age of consent. The father could be arrested and charged for rape. The authorities will be asking a lot of questions when they find out.
