If you are questioning that you have the disorder, please make an appointment with a psychiatrist as soon as you can. Make sure that he is an M.D. (not a psychologist or counsellor) because with bi-polar diagnosis medications are often involved and only an M.D. can write that prescription. Mine doctor is very helpful and we've made alot of progress.
