If you marry twice then by the strictest definition, yes you are a bigamist, but if both marriages were in a country where polygamy is legal then bigamy is of no significance. In this case, if one was in Pakistan and one in England, then by English law you are in violation of their statutes against bigamy and could get into trouble there.

Note that when polygamists move from a country where it is legal into one where it is not, then the law normally turns a blind eye to their polygamy - but for legal purposes only recognizes the first spouse (ignoring the existence of the other spouses - not officially recognizing them as married).
