Well it depends maybe you just are more mature and faster growing. So it could be normal. If you are still concerned ask your parents or see your doctor. It also depends on your weight and height. As well as age and try researching online but don't freak out! You'll even out and then you'll get hips, ect will be in proportion but faster than most girls your age.
