If his passport has not been stamped .. so basically the US has no knowledge of him being here illegally.. it would be faster for you do get married in Mexico and apply for a visa that way... that way your fiance can enter the US on a visa allowing permanent status and he'll be able to get his green card and work faster. Of course this requires him going back to Mexico and spending some time there.. but usually less than 6 months. Fiance visas can take a long time. I would advise that rather than marrying here and risk a long term bar being placed on your petition due to his status.good luck angie
No. He would need to declare his marital status on the application for the marriage license. He would not be allowed to proceed if he is already legally married. If he lied on the application and you got married in spite of his married status your marriage would be invalid.
Proceed through the intersection if you are not sure you can clear completely through.
From my understanding it would be better to get married here in the US. Don't send him back for the fiancee visa because they take about 6 months or more to process before he can come back over. It's better to go ahead and get married. Once married start the process with an Immigration attorney. It'll be easier for you to keep him in the country simply put. His job has done an audit and says they need documents showing he can work here, he is illegal so I think he needs to go back to Mexico and i can file a fiancee visa, but am unsure if we should marry here in united states or start from the beginning

It's illegal, please don't proceed doing this.
The short answer is yes. You may even become "illegal" yourself, as marrying someone for the sole purpose of circumventing US immigration laws is a federal offense. There is a legal method for a citizen to marry a non-citizen, but it requires that you follow a particular procedure. If you want to marry a non-citizen, you should contact the Department of Immigration for details on how to proceed; the exact steps depend on where you'll be getting married and what the current visa status of the non-citizen is.In any case, marrying someone does not automatically make them a citizen. It does make them eligible for permanent resident status (conditional, if you've been married for less than two years).
Use non chemical cleaners and proceed very gently.
I'm not sure, but a word of warning. Pitbulls are illegal in the UK, so proceed with caution.
Contact USCIS for instructions as to how to proceed in your particular case.
Non-officially you may do it,but officially not permissible. Proceed in accordance to the acts and rules of concerned nation.
No. In Western countries a spouse cannot force their spouse to stay married. The divorce can proceed even if one party wants to stay married.
Proceed to the exit. You may proceed in an orderly manner.
