Depends on if the school you want to transfer to accepts your units. I would imagine you will need to take more than “a couple of classes.” When I went back for my MA at the same college that I got my BA from they wanted me to take undergrad classes even though they were in the same subject matter. Instead of doing that I chose a program in education because I didn’t to add undergrad classes for the degree. I was able to finish my MA in a little over a year.
