can my home be taken from me if i have trouble paying a medical bill?
You can get "in trouble" for not paying medical providers period; whether you were reimbursed or not is largely immaterial.
They should be paying the taxes they are due to pay and if they are not doing this then they will eventually be caught, the back taxes will be collected and they will be punished for not paying the taxes due.If you believe someone is committing a criminal offence you should report this to the police.
the person may have trouble paying attention, acting on impulse, and inability to stay still for a short amount of time

Pepsi settled out of court paying Michael $1.5 million which he donated to a medical centre which has the "Michael Jackson Burns Treatment Centre" in honour of his donation.
Calmly. Be understanding if/when they lose attention or get distracted by something. Don't treat them like they are "disabled," because they're not. They just have trouble concentrating, paying attention, and focusing.
When can i go into the house if someone is living there but not paying rent
paying attention means to listen to someone.
Probably the best thing for you to do is to contact your neighbor and let her know that what she is doing is against the statutes/codes in your state and it could land her in a heap of trouble when the police find out about it (and they eventually will). Suggest that she stop doing it before she gets caught and ends up in jail and/or paying large fines. Being the 'cool mom' isn't worth the trouble she will end up in when she gets caught, and if god forbid one of the kids (or someone else) would happen to get hurt during or after they have consumed the alcohol, makes her completely liable for everything that happens.
Paying the minimum amount due on credit card is not necessarily a sign of credit trouble because it actually makes the credit card account current.
No, as long as the money paid is going to the house where the child lives then you can not get into trouble at all. However, if the child and her mother are receiving any form of state assistance you and the mother could get into trouble for committing fraud.
