If somebody answers a question on WikiAnswers incorrectly and in a bad way what should I do?

Report it to a supervisor. Their name will be on the bottom of the category in question. Or you can go to the community forum to the abuse section. Or you can just flag it, and know that someone will correct it.
Also, if you know it is an incorrect answer, you can just change it to the correct one, and take the abuse out while you are at it. It's allowed.
