If they do and are picked up even the slightest infringment, they will be tried and found guilty of "agrivated re-entry", that means they came back into the U.S. after they were deported for a felony and given specific instructions to not EVER come back. Once convicted for that crime they will be locked up for 1 to 10 years in Federal prison then deported again. In fact, they don't even need to be found guilty of another crime, they can just get the attention of INS/ICE and they're arrested.

Not legally. They would have to re-apply for entrance. Most likely no. Unless that person can prove he/she has been on good terms with their life, has a job waiting for them, and hasn't had any more arrests.

If he was "deported" that term alone implies that he was legally denied access to the US. If he wants to visit he can try to obtain a US visa to enter the country, but it may not be granted.

You would need a waiver to excuse the deportation, which are difficult to get. Note that if you were deported for crimes, that some crimes will permanently bar you from entry into the U.S.

Possibly, if it was not a serious crime and a waiver (I-212 or I-601, or both) is approved.

There is absolutely no chance for an illegal person who has been convicted to become a US citizen. US citizenship requires a person to be of a good moral character.

If a statutory rapist wasnt convicted and the victim wants to prosecute 8 years later is this possible?

The victim could bring a suit against the alleged perpetrator in civil court but if the alleged rapist was not convicted the first time around, the case could not be heard again in criminal court, that would be double-jeapordy.

Who has seen an alien?

Aliens Are not real. Over the past years people "THOUGHT" they have seen an alien but it wasnt it was just something weird looking. People from all over the world have given footage or tapes of alien to the news team or Scientists but that doesnt prove anything because those photos and videos were fake But in the Bible God did not create Alien Species. I dont know who made up ALIENS but there just not real but they are fun to watch on cartoons or movies or any episode you watch .
