You can become pregnant from what is commonly know has pre-cum. If a male is erect the body cleans the urethra with a fluid in preparation for the semen. This liquid contains sperm as well.
Though it is still very unlikely, I would recommend taking Emergency Contraceptive or Plan B, which will prevent pregnancy if taken with in 5 days of contact. I would also recommend in the long run that you should get on Birth Control so you don't have to worry about this.
A vaginal wash (douche) may actually propel any sperm that are present farther up into the vaginal vault, so that would be counter-productive and it is not an effective remedy.
