Yes it is possible for a person to gain a DNA of a wolf. All you have too do is just give up some of your humanity or all of your humanity. But if you have like half of a wolf's DNA then you'll be a werewolf but if you have full DNA then you'll be a super wolf.
Short answer: No.
Long answer: First you must realize that every cell in a human body has it's own copy of a persons DNA and only expresses the required portion of the genome for its function. Your cells are also constantly dying and being replaced by new cells. This is why gene therapy (where genetic disorders like cystic fibrosis are treated using viral vectors modified to contain the wild type of the mutant allele rather than viral DNA/RNA) is not a magic bullet.
So there are at least two reasons why this would do nothing even assuming the DNA is able to be successfully incorporated (which is extremely unlikely in the first place):
1. It would only effect a small number of cells that would soon be replaced.
2. Each cell is unlikely to express the foreign sequence.
If for example you were to do this to a human zygote (the first cell of a human embryo) the result would be almost certainly be spontaneous termination (miscarriage).
Sadly, Your body rejects any foreign DNA, it will break it down, having no effect on you. Sorry, No werewolf powers :(

Foreign DNA is rapidly attacked and destroyed by the immune system. For DNA to do anything it must be part of the chromosome. To insert tiny pieces of foreign DNA in your chromosomes would require genetically engineering a RNA retrovirus to perform the task and they would insert the genes randomly so they may or may not function. The cells expressing these wolf genes would likely be attacked and killed by the immune system as foreign invaders. While the immune system is destroying these cells you would develop a fever and other symptoms of a cold or flu.
Even if you succeeded the total number of cells in your body expressing a few wolf genes would be negligible. So no real affect would happen of significance.
Do humans and wolves share dna
a tiny bit.
Yes! Less than humans, but they do have DNA.
Yes and apparently 86 % of humans dna can be found in a carrot.
no, they have double-stranded DNA just like humans.
DNA is found in the nucleus of every cell.
DNA evidence. A recent study based on DNA proves that modern humans and Neanderthals interbred.
It is impossible for humans to have wolf DNA.
ypet
No. Humans Can Not Turn Wolf. But Wolves Can Turn To Human.
Humans
no, not at all
humans
similar DNA in chimpanzees and humans
Nohthing
Yes! Less than humans, but they do have DNA.
because they do
Humans
