This wording is changed but is very little different from the original question. It is becoming more obvious that there is more to this question than the writer is revealing. The case against WHO was dismissed? Why would he be "re-arresting YOU?" It sounds as if the police are intent on on gaining your assistance in getting your husband into court. I wonder why? The one thing I can say with certainty is, once a case is "dismissed," the same case cannot be "re-opened." If the detective has enough probable cause to arerest you on a new charge it is not outside of his discretion to "urge" you to cooperate.

yes
If by "rearest" you mean farthest back, then the correct form would be rearmost.
It means failure to appear in court. The person either missed court or did not know they had a court date. FTA means the person failed appear in court so theyrearrest that person who the rearrest was for. (Most of the time they had been arrested before and the rearrest means they missed the court date for a hearing for the first time they went to jail.) They also don't give bail a lot of the time when it's a FTA charge. They meet in front of the judge and get bail set or no bail and set free.
There is no simple answer to this question, as there is no single, universally accepted definition of recidivism. For example, recidivism can vary by type of criminal reinvolvement (rearrest, reconviction, or reincarceration), type of reoffense (sex offense, violent offense, any offense, etc.), and by the amount of follow-up time (1 year, 3 years, 5 years, etc.). Nevertheless, the answer to this question can be found here: http://www.doc.state.mn.us/documents/04-07SexOffenderReport-Recidivism.pdf
It is called NFA (No Further Action) if new evidence come to light they can rearrest. However if they want to re-interview you "Tough" they had there chance the first time.. GO "NO COMMENT" to all Questions. (UK LAW)
TO BOND OUT OF JAIL YOU CAN CALL THEM ON THE PHONE OR HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER GO TO THEIR OFFICE ON YOUR BEHALF. THEY PLOP DOWN THE MONEY, GENERALLY 10 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL BOND AMOUNT, THEN THEY GET YOU OUT. THE MAIN THING ABOUT BONDING OUT THOUGH IS IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU SHOW UP FOR COURT. IF YOU DON'T THEN YOU WILL GET AND FTA ( FAILURE TO APPEAR) AND ANOTHER WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED FOR YOUR REARREST.
It depends on what the status of your court action is at the time. If you are free on bail or bond you may be ordered to surrender, or they may re-arrest you and you may be re-arraigned and a new bond hearing held due to the increased charge. If you are in custody, nothing much will really change for you and the changes will be purely administrative paperwork.
What makes you think there is a 30 day "Get Out of Jail Free" card? If your boyfriend refuses to waive extradition it will necessarily prolong the process between the two states. The states have to satisfy the legal procedures required to extradite the boyfriend which takes more time.
Level One is easy all you need to do is go straight but Level 2 might get harder there are 4 numbers the more highest the rearrest chance of losing. So they have to add up to four so for an example 1+4=you will get wrong 2+2=4 so you will get it right now get a special blue thing that will get you to level 3.
