Depends on the sub station. It could be 11KV, 33KV, 66KV,110KV, 220KV, 400 KV etc
Usually HV is 33KV and 66KV, EHV is 132KV, 220KV and 400KV and UHV is 800KV and 1200KV

Note that there is no such thing as a 'phase-to-phase' voltage -the correct term is 'line-to-line'. Using the term, 'phase-to-phase', indicates a lack of understanding of a.c., which is not uncommon!
