There is no natural Cure'. Certainly lufids help and esp Cranberry juice can help by acidifying the milieu in your urinary tract. But to cure the infection, if significant, antibiotics are the only way. Once again not every UTI needs antibiotics to cure it, some will just resolve on their own.
