I have 4 doctors that have sent info to long term disability for chronic pain and not able to work on or off feet.They said Im disabled What are the chances of getting long term disability?

As a general rule, physicians' opinions dont have diddle to do with a determination of social secuirty disability. Not that their medical opinion is not important, it is, in fact, critical, but the Commissioner makes the decision, not a mere physican who has an economic bone to pick...and to get paid, or to satify his notion of being a good person for someone who needs something. Then, you might be talking about a private company's notions, the comment was entirely about the Social Secuirity Administration and disability insurance. Again, doctors just work here when it comes to the social security administration's disability program, funded by the United States of Amercia's taxpayer. Social Security determinations are based on the law and regulations, not some doctor's notion of how much you need something. His notions might be helpful in a local foodstamp outlet. Go to WWW. However at a certain point the joint in one of my elbows was completely destroyed the result of which was that it had to be replaced with a metal one. this immediately disabled me to a certain extent as I am now not able to use a hammer with that arm and my weight lifting allowance has been enormously reduced as well.
