I got a Positive pregnancy test and also a Negative in same day and it's 3 days before period due and got strange aches in tummy . I had implantation symptoms 4 days ago?

well CONGRATS you're prego!! Unless you're reading the test wrong, you DEF are pregnant!!! Some test detect more of the pregnancy hormone {Hcg) in you urine than others. So the one that said positive was the more sensitive test. Those things don't mess up.
