Its about average for your age. If you are measuring it correctly, from your stomach to tip along the top of your penis and not underneath. Then if you mean 5 inches flaccid not erect, you are bigger than average. A 12-year-old who has probably just started puberty would not normally be this size until he was about 14-15 years.

Well its bigger than mine, I'm 30 and my dick is only 5 inches. It was a few inches smaller when I was 13, so probably by the time you grow up fully your dick will grow to be about 9 or 10 inches.
