That's not bad, that is just how your genes are made up. If you want to gain weight I would suggest lifting weights of course and including cardio to keep the most important muscle strong, your heart. There are two types of protein powder to take. Theres whey which would be more for before and after a work out because it is absorded in 30 minutes (from what I've read any ways) and ceasin which is a meal replacement. Ceasin is taken before bed by the majority of people. I would suggest going to bodybuilding.com for A LOT MORE information.

Thanks for your comments, but I already exercise and do cardio and it seems not to work for me. I'm currently 110lbs and I can bench 155lbs 3 times and can Squat 205 more than 10 times. By the way I was the guy who posted the question. Do you think I should take creatine??
