Liquid measure is always called Fluid Measure. Quantity or Volume of fluid is never measured in Centimetres. Volume of fluids is measured in Litres or Millilitres. If, and only if, the fluid is pure water, then the number of ml of it will be the same as the number of cubic centimetres (cc) of it.

The units used would usually be liters, or sometimes milliliters. That's a measure of volume; if it is the mass you want, you would measure in kilograms.
