In 14,000 years from now, the sun's output may have changed by a few percent,

or our average distance from it may have changed slightly. Either of those changes

would have a profound effect on the Earth's average climate.

But the precession of the rotation axis has no effect on the climate or the seasons.

Currently, winter occurs in the northern hemisphere when Earth is closets to the Sun. But when the axis tilts toward Vega, winter will occur in the northern hemisphere when earth is farthest from the sun, and summer will occur when earth is closests to the sun.

As long as the sun continues to shine with roughly the same energy output,

the seasons won't change at all on account of precession of the earth's axis.

The axis will still incline about 23.5 degrees from the perpendicular to the

ecliptic plane, and the annual variation of solar angle at any place on earth

will be exactly what it is now.

As long as the sun's output level doesn't change, there'll be no change in earth's weather

or climate that's due to the direction in which the earth's axis points.

How will seasons on Earth change when the Earth's axis points away from Polaris and toward Vega?

The exact direction in which Earth's axis points is not so important; what matters is how much this axis is inclined. This doesn't change much over a precession cycle.

What is the name of the star that the north pole points at right now?

Polaris is the north star.

Why has the north star changed over thousands of years as compared to how we see it on Earth?

It's not so much the North Star (Polaris) that has changed; stars do change, but usually not very quickly. What has changed is the direction of Earth's axis of rotation in space. It currently points almost exactly towards Polaris, but this will change over time.
