3D has been around for a long time. In fact, the first 3D television demonstration was by John Logie Baird in 1928.

It has taken a long time for television technology to reach the point where 3D is viable. Cinema 3D is the LG brand name for polarizing separation of two images. The technique has been in use for decades. LG and others have copied the technique from the film industry and applied it to television.

LG Cinema 3D is probably the best one to go for if you want a theater-like 3D experience. LG Cinema 3D series use the same technology as the movie theater 3D screens (as opposed to shutter glasses technology in other 3D tvs). Can you tell me about cinema 3D TV?

It is called Cinema 3D, a term that LG takes to name their latest technology in 3D TV. It is labeled as Cinema 3D because it is similar to the technology in the cinema, especially the 3D glasses. Cinema 3D is LG's name for their 3D television. It uses a passive system of 3D imaging that reduces resolution to half that of other 3D televisions. For the highest resolution, select the Samsung. Despite, that, it is worth viewing both brands and then you can make up your own mind about the best televisions for you.
